S Apartment

The sleeping area is efficiently integrated into a recessed alcove—framed in green and lined with perforated birch panels—that defines the space without the need for partitions, offering a cozy yet distinct sleeping nook.

This 30-square-meter apartment exemplifies smart spatial planning and modern minimalist aesthetics. The design strategy embraces a warm, natural material palette with accents of matte green and light birchwood, creating a calm, inviting atmosphere.

This apartment is a thoughtful study in how design can amplify comfort and livability within a compact urban footprint.

The project was successfully accomplished, both in terms of design as well as supervision, in close collaboration with our friends and colleagues from USEarchitecture.

The open-plan layout harmoniously connects the living, dining, and kitchen zones, optimizing flow and functionality. Custom-built furniture, such as the integrated desk and dual-purpose coffee tables, enhances flexibility and storage while maintaining a clean visual language.
