Matte black cabinetry and warm wood countertops in the kitchen add contrast and texture, while integrated lighting enhances both ambiance and utility.

Spatial flow is carefully curated; the kitchen transitions seamlessly into the dining and living zones, fostering connectivity and social interaction. A custom built-in shelving feature in the central column not only articulates the space but also offers a subtle sculptural presence.

Located in the heart of Thessaloniki’s city centre, this 65-square-meter apartment showcases a thoughtful architectural approach to compact living, emphasizing warmth, functionality, and spatial clarity. The design is anchored by a rich material palette, where deep burgundy hues wrap the ceilings and selected walls, creating a cohesive visual identity that unifies the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The project was successfully accomplished, both in terms of design as well as supervision, in close collaboration with our friends and colleagues from USEarchitecture.

The two bedrooms, accessed via a discrete hallway, embrace a calm, neutral palette, with soft textiles and diffused natural light filtering through floor-to-ceiling curtains. Open wardrobes with black mesh sliding panels offer practical storage while preserving an airy feel.
