The alternating pattern of white and grey elements creates a clear visual rhythm, giving the façade a sense of movement and balance. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space, while the use of glass railings keeps the overall appearance light and open.

The recessed top floor features greenery, adding a small but important touch of nature to the building.

This apartment building on Papadaki Street is a modern and thoughtful addition to the urban landscape. Its design focuses on clean lines, functional spaces, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The building stands out with its stacked balconies and large glass openings, which bring in natural light and offer open views of the city.

In a city characterized by tight plots and vertical growth, this project succeeds in enhancing livability, offering quality and practical spaces for everyday life into the dense urban setting.

The project was successfully accomplished, both in terms of design as well as construction supervision, in close collaboration with our friend and colleague Michael Karagiannakis.

Architecturally, the building emphasizes modularity and repetition, yet avoids monotony through subtle asymmetries and variations in balcony depth.

Another key element of the building’s identity is its use of contrasting volumes and materials; crisp white horizontal bands frame each floor, while matte grey vertical planes ground the composition.

The extensive use of glass balustrades not only maximizes daylight penetration but also blurs the boundary between private interior and public street.
