Material choices emphasize warmth and simplicity, with neutral tones and natural textures contributing to a calm, contemporary atmosphere and despite its compact size, the apartment offers a well-balanced composition of private and shared space.

Nestled within a compact 45-square-meter footprint, this apartment exemplifies efficient spatial planning and minimalist design. The design approach embraces an open-plan configuration that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, fostering a sense of continuity and spaciousness.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a double bed, modern lighting, and clever storage solutions to keep the space tidy and serene.

The project was successfully accomplished, both in terms of design as well as supervision, in close collaboration with our friends and colleagues from USEarchitecture.

The interior design is warm and inviting, with soft green furnishings, light wood finishes, and stylish black accents creating a calm, cohesive atmosphere. The built-in bench seating in the dining nook provides both intimacy and spatial efficiency, while the compact kitchenette, clad in light oak cabinetry, merges practicality with clean-lined aesthetics. Natural light floods the space through sheer drapery, enhancing the calm, airy atmosphere.
